Refunds are protected under law upto a period of time depending on whatever country you are in. Fair point, but still more reason for publishes to push for digital only, as it ensures potential customers must go to their source, and not buy used. --- This issues still comes to mind now and then Cake was baking in the oven and mother was making tea for us ...
