I've got an outbreak of that engine pokemon. It's literally like 3 steps outside that port town with the auction. So if I find a shiny, I should be able to get multiple copies of it.

The only issue is that sometimes I get hit by one rushing me, then my character jumps backwards into the town boundaries and erasing the rest of the spawned in Pokemon. So, there is a chance to mess it up if one shows up.
