Thanks for your thoughts, I know you're right about everything.

I can't handle this pain, it's too much. I feel like I'm burning alive with this depression. I'm setting up a psychiatrist, I've never gone before, but I need to get medicated asap.

allow yourself to feel like shit and reach out to people that care about you. I have grown as a person a ridiculous amount since my breakup and feel like Ive finally found myself. Im literally glad she broke up with me after thinking i was gonna be a forever alone for months lmao

realize that most relationships dont work out in the end and that it wasnt you (unless you like cheated on her or something lol). its really difficult to come to terms with the realization that someone you cared about lost feelings for you. but again, its not because youre some weird freak loser or whatever (thats what i thought about myself initially)
