Tired of these assholes. Its mid November and I still havent gotten my refund!

to get to speak to a person instead of staying on hold forever or instead of pressing, Wheres my refund and getting a message that basically says, Go fuck yourself. But theyve gotten privy to this hack and when I finally get a person they transfer me to the We are super busy. Go fuck yourself message.

This is fucked up. And its only happening cause I am owed money. I bet if I owed them, theyd be very willing to speak to me.
