I'm not American and work 100% on public service so the idea of giving someone the equivalent radiation of 200 x rays just to get money out of them is beyond fucked to me, so it was a reasonable doubt. Ulcer on a CT? Fuck now, unless there was some massive perforation. Constipation? There's absolutely no need for that, unless you're suspecting a blockage, in which case you ask the patient if they've farted recently and stick your finger up in there to check.
