I had an amazing life high when I recovered from Covid. I hope you get that experience. But I had pretty bad lows while being secluded and feeling weak. Couldn't taste shit, which is usually one the only joys of being home all the time lol.

Be careful and stay in touch with people to keep your mental balance. Not literal touch, but you know.

Most people will treat you like it's nothing special when you're going through the worst, since it's so common. Even though it'll feel like everything to you. You just gotta kind of accept how apathetic the world has gotten to the sick. Try not to let it get to you

Also, as you can already see, people eill immediately not care for you just because you haven't lived the life of a hermit for 2 and a half years straight. Not realizing that's only doable if you're already a hermit by nature. It's an unrealistic standard only held by people who prefer it. Most people need a certain level of social stimulation you can't get from staying in all day every day.
