Almost every cat I've had loves twist ties. I have to be careful to keep smaller ones away from them so they don't accidentally eat them. You have to be careful on all sizes. I found a large plastic hair and in the cat litter once. Twist ties are probably more dangerous since they have metal below the plastic part.
