FL81 10/01/22 6:44:02 PM #34:	The point when I realized that my taste in video game music is basically just Board 8 but 3 years ago was when Emil / Karma won the contest. When I first heard the NieR soundtrack, I was not at all impressed, but eventually it grew on me and E/K specifically really started to vibe with me (but only right before it ended up winning it all). So yeah, nowadays I'd place it pretty middle-of-the-field when it comes to VGMC champions. It's nice, and any style of music with unique ideas gets extra points from me.
