Thing is, I don't know if I'll be able to buy a house by March 2023. House prices are still high.
I don't want to find a place to rent. I fucking hate renting. I hate the thought of throwing $1000 or more down the drain per month.
My parents suggest my girlfriend to move in with them for a few months until I buy a house. They have spare rooms. I'm not opposed to this idea, in fact, I think it's brilliant. We can each save $2000/month! But sadly, my girlfriend is against this idea. She likes my parents but she doesn't want to live with them. She wants to live with me and only me.
I wouldn't mind if it were the other way around. Me living at my girlfriend's parents house for a few months? Sure, better than fucking renting!
I'm not looking for advice here. Just wanted to share my situation.
I like my in-laws but wouldn't live with them, wtf.
