That's really weird thing to ask. I'm gonna say no.
I very much have a "dad bod", but nobody online needs to see it.

-plenty of people with physical disabilities work out or play sports etc.
-exercise is a common treatment for chronic pain.
-same as physical disability
-if you have a mental illness that doesn't allow you to function properly in society then yea, you probably got other things to worry about than staying fit.
Within reasonable limits.
Again, the goal should be to be healthy. Not being visibly muscular.
