Yet, the county jails and state prisons continue to get overwhelmed with inmates. And in order to do time in California, its gotta be some serious stuff like multiple duis involving manslaughter, 1st degree burglaries, assaults, rape, crimes against children, etc. So thats seriously saying about society if we have this many violent criminals living among us. --- Posted from my iPhone 3gs. ...
