My older sisters had an interesting thing that I can't find from googling. Was a set of square laminated tiles as well as plastic rails with grooves that the tiles slotted into, and clips to hold the rails together. The tiles were patterned with various floors/walls/etc, and you could build your own custom doll houses with it. The end result usually looked kind of like a modified cubby shelf. I wonder what happened to that stuff.
