Topic	Ideas on what to make tonight?

Maybe Ill do empanadas/pierogies with the left overs and make the dough ahead of time tomorrow. Maybe tonight Ill just toss everything into some casserole thing. Ive never made a casserole tbh so I have no idea how to. Any tips? My parents were immigrants so it never was a thing growing up.
