Only 2 episodes, so it is still early, but I think it has good potential. Some people are complaining that the show is slow paced, but the books and movies were pretty slow in the beginning too. Dialogue is fine to me, LOTR always had some corniness/cheesiness to me (by modern standards).

These are the complaints that are confusing me. Like, LOTR is full of stuff like this. Especially the EEs. Similar with Hobbit.

Another complaint I'm hearing his that there's too many long and broad shots of mountains and the scenery and stuff. Like, did these people watch LotR? Lol.
