Knew a guy who took pictures of the rotting food being served to the crews for meals, posted about it while he was on site to get the guys the fresh food they needed asap and he got immediately canned and black balled from the oil and gas industry; went to work for clean energy and was doing quite well for himself last I checked.
Anyway, when one of the companies decides that you are persona non grata and excomunicato, you are now criminally trespassing (on the site that is so remote that access in and out is controlled entirely by the company) and if you do not remove yourself from the premises immediately, then Site Security will have to "confine you to quarters" (read: whatever empty trailer they can spare) where rations will be whatever was leftover from lunch.
Sounds like a plot to a movie.
