You guys actually bother training Micaiah? I just resign myself to the fact that she won't be anything more than a staffbot and funnel all the EXP into Jill and Nolan. Sacrifice + being the only tier 1 unit that can equip Paragon is usually enough to get her to a decent level in part 1, anyway.

I just finished another run of Radiant Dawn earlier this week on hard mode (with the gimmick being bringing Shinon, Leonardo, Rolf, Fiona, and Astrid to the tower; and Sothe having transfers from PoR where he has max stats in basically every stat... he still sucks because Whisper's Strength cap is 28); Micaiah ended up being 20/20/18 or something and capped every stat except Strength.

But either way I always train Micaiah. Paragon definitely being helpful. It's not optimal to train hereven with her stats capped she's still 2HKO'd by any physical unit on enemy phasebut I like her personally, and Thani is fun (though Generals Resistance is so high that even capped Magic Micaiah won't OHKO) until she was Rexaura-ing stuff with impunity. She's a fun unit.
