Danganronpa (worst ending) - This one's a tricky one to really count, because typically Danganronpa's game overs are much different, and this is kind of a scripted special situation, but goddammit it is terrifying. The typically simple animation of the game does great work portraying the undeserved death, and then rather than just ending with a game over, it continues as if that's actually the intended ending, attempting to fake out the player
