It's kind of funny, I always thought the framework of Fallout 3 would translate well to a tv show. The game was thoroughly bad for the most part, but it did have some good and memorable sidequests (Bethesda's writing can occasionally be good, in small doses). It felt like there was potential for an episodic adventure serial when a lone wanderer-type would arrive at the settlement du joir, solve its crazy problems, and move on. Mandalorian recently proved that a show of that style can still do very well for itself; only problem is that a Fallout tv show has a lot more lore to set up for the average viewer than a SW spinoff.
