The Witness definitely had Golden Path-esque intricate puzzles I DID dedicate myself to, pen and pad out, and felt super rewarded for it. So I kind of wonder if I should have braved The Golden Path and missed out. The ~~secret save file to uncover one of the missing pieces is brilliant.~~ That said, there was also stuff in The Witness I never bothered completing legitimately.
