I'm not arguing that Biden has a great grasp with reality, but if you're going to dunk him, maybe physical gaffes aren't exactly the best, since that doesn't really represent a negative 'relationship with reality' so much as it indicates clumsiness. Gerald Ford...fell a lot. Nancy Reagan...fainted a fair bit.
