There's a lot of trickery going on in that trailer in my opinion, at least from my limited knowledge of what I've played a fortnite, to make it seem more like Dragon Ball than it really is.

My guess is while you're falling at the beginning or using a launcher to go back into the air you can summon one of those gliders as you fall, but you can't actually fly around normally

The Kamehameha is probably just a weapon you can pick up just like Darth Vader's lightsaber or Master Chiefs gun, etc. Seems like to fire it you might have to charge it up and then you jump up in the air as part of the animation and fire it. I'm not sure if you can aim it or not based on this trailer.

Other than that it's probably just regular fortnite
