They take issue with Vice Admiral Holdo being a "toxic" leader because she doesn't just tell Poe her plan and short-circuit that whole subplot, as if the prequel trilogy beforehand wasn't sustained by similar misunderstandings and failures to communicate or notice the bloody obvious. Gee I wonder if Holdo being a woman with pink hair has anything to do with it. I'm actually serious.
