Enjoy Wrestling 1-2: Rest of round one of the tournament! Ziggy Haim promo before facing Still Life With Apricots and Pears, I immediately love her. I also immediately love Still Life just off her entrance. Effy lists off all the CHIKARA types that trained Still Life, and the glaring omission still kinda stings. Nothing groundbreaking, but fun to watch, as the ol' lucharesu overcomes Ziggy going for the mask. (***1/2) Solo and Willow save Still Life from a post-match beatdown, but not before Ziggy steals her mask! D: Still Life and Willow freak out backstage but there is a PLAN dun dun dun. Gavel David Lawless spot again, referencing Abe Lincoln's wrestling. Lee Moriarty rides in on a trike for his pre-match promo. The bit kinda misses but anyway he fights Solo Darling in the last R1 match. Couple-a mat wrestlers here, kinda a fun change of pace. The ref shoot falls off the apron, lol. Apron DVD, daggum. This is actually the match that reminds me more of CHIKARA (hi maniac), you've got chain wrestling, fun spots, and character work. I'm a fan. Moriarty over. (***1/2)

Kirby: Got through Winter Horns, which is one of the weirder area names I've seen in recent memory. I like how Dedede sneaked up on us during the results screen- I watched it happen but I wonder if things change if you click through fast enough? I've got the Meta Knight Sword and Dragon Fire now, and I like them both a lot even though I'm not great with them.
