Dull muscular pain, apply heat 15 minutes 3 times a day. The heat should temporarily numb the pain and allow for better movement. If it doesn't help and the pain persists for more than a few days, call nurse.

Sharp pain, call nurse. Pain should lessen on its own after a day or two if you stay off it. Always call the nurse to be sure. It's free and they'll let you know if you need to see someone.

Note, if it's in a sensitive area and there is bruising and sharp pain or pins and needles call the nurse immediately. Don't be afraid to say words. Tell them the truth so they can help. They don't care what you did. They're just there to help.

"Not as bad as what they're doing to the Easter Bunny."
