Even though I drink like a fish, I try to be somewhat health minded in other aspects of my life. Recently I've only been drinking straight vodka cause of the high ABV and it's a really clean, low calorie way to get drunk. Gin and tequila are the same way. I think a shot of 90 proof vodka is ~110 calories which is really low on the spectrum. Course I don't drink it by the shot. >_> It also sucks that alcohol will interfere with the fat burning process which makes it even more important to work on some small improvements here and there to make up for some of that if we want to keep drinking and somewhat stay healthy.

I've also gotten better at portion control which makes me eat less. I also try to not give into any terrible food cravings I get while drunk. I'll try to have some meals prepped and ready to pop in the microwave before drinking that day. I know I'll lean into those rather than cook something terrible for myself while drinking.
