SMH No, the police have no fucking control over the suspects actions, don't try to put stupid words into my mouth. They do have control over their own actions though. Like seriously, how do you not understand that this leads to bad habits that increase the risk of hurting or killing innocent people. The strategy of point the gun in the suspect's general direction and pull the trigger a bunch of times while running around(possibly into the line of fire of your fellow officers) is just a bad strategy that is wasteful and dangerous. --- I want a pet Lavos Spawn.
