That leaves out several important pieces of context, one, that she didn't even claim to be there, just that she was told that happened by secret service agents. And two, that they aren't refuting the fact that he was enraged and wanted to go to the Capitol.

Yeah, I definitely think the Trump loyalist agents are, perhaps deliberately, missing the overall point in trying to refute the physical altercation piece, but apparently the story as a whole has been talked about widely within the secret service. They're saying they want to testify under oath with the committee, but I won't be at all surprised if they back down like Ginni Thomas did.
