Then when you get a chance to legally pass them and the other side of the road has no cars, they fucking speed up when they see you pull out to get ahead of them, so you can't pass them. Then of course they go slow again once you give up. I hope there's a hell so those drivers will burn in it. Oh, and brake checkers.
