Topic	I've never played Stardew Valley.

No I mean the energy bar. If it runs out, you start walking very slowly. It drains doing anything including just running around the town so it feels like you're rushed to barely get one thing done each day. I didn't have any money for food to replenish the energy bar cause I spent my money on seeds.
