Someone is denied residency but they won't leave so you just shrug your shoulders and go "oh well!"?Basically one of two things happen. If the person is integrated into the society and got a job and pay tax, then they get kicked out pretty fast. If the person got a criminal past, then nothing really happen. There are many examples of persons that were denied asylum years ago getting caught by the police for some criminal activity that just end up paying for damage and perhaps a few months in jail before being released again. Heck, even people getting their asylum by the security services can stay for years without anything happening. --- GameFAQs isn't going to be merged in with GameSpot or any other site.
