Towards the bottom, yeah. He's basically been like "I'm not a Republican" and that's it. Things he promised to get elected, he reneged on. Despite the country overwhelmingly wanting and supporting things like Healthcare and the like, he will never support it personally and thus won't do anything to help. He doesn't want to do lesser things, even, since he doesn't want to upset the Republican party which literally tried to take over the country via a coup. And now he's saying he can't do anything to improve the situation of civil rights being decimated. Besides saying "go vote for Democrats later this year" he won't do anything to offend Republicans. The fact he's not even trying is showing how empty his words are. And the thing is, it's not too late to do something about the situation. But because he isn't doing anything, not even to lessen the impact of the harm that's being done and going to happen, well... By the time anyone else gets in power (or rather, if) who actually wants to help, it really will be too late. His inaction has cost lives. He's letting women and LGBT people lose so many rights and all we get is "vote for us" bullshit.

By all rights, he's a fucking garbage president.
