The only reason I dislike the gameplay is that the run and gun aspect gets old fast. Once you use all your teammates abilities and yours, the only thing you can do on the downtime is to shoot your gun that barely does any damage. Sure you have your elemental bullets as well, but that gets old fast as well. If only the game allows you to switch characters on the fly like something in FF7Re, it would've made for a more enjoyable game.

The story, characters, writing, dialogue, the amazing graphics, and settings are more than enough to make up for the game. If you enjoy the gameplay then you're going to enjoy it till the very end. It's the only GotG series that made me really enjoy Drax as a character. His character arc and humor is just spot on, definitely the GOAT of the game.
