Without the right to free speech you have little to no way to protect your other rights.I don't disagree, but free speech without the right to vote or protest is pretty rough. You can say whatever you want, but no one in power has any reason to care All of these are important, but I think search & seizure might edge the others out to be most relevant for day to day life quality Imagine the government being able to barge into your house and take whatever they want, whenever they want, for no reason. Or nab you walking on the street, etc Others are more important in the long run, but if we're at the point where every right on this list minus one has been taken away, we're well beyond saving --- You did indeed stab me in the back.
