I didn't like his explanations for his actions at all, but it's hard to refute IGCD's scan on Ulti, especially when All That is a 90s show (sort of; according to Wikipedia it ran from 1994 to 2005).the problem is not only is it a flavor that points to all that, the actual steal was something specifically representative of the 90s show. And believe me I've spent hours googling to see if there was any sort of portrait of that character represented in the revival show or any sort of reference to that particular skit and I can't find any. I can't 100% rule out that its a host trap but nothing that we have available says that it should be a host trap.
