You can add about any software to steam as a non steam game. Just hit the bottom left corner button that says add game and choose add non steam game. I dont remember right now if it lets you use the steam overlay or not.

Also Empire Earth 2 cheats. I played an 8 hour game and the second my first wonder completed the ai built(in a few minutes) the max army size. I looked at the graph when the game was over and their army size went straight up when I finished the wonder lol. Still a great fun game.

Oh it definitely cheats. You will see small empires that do not build all the correct stuff to epoch. Yes still very much a lot of fun. I love building a bunch of aircraft carriers and nuclear bombers. I then just take them out one by one. I line my whole base with turrets and scatter anti air. Such fun
