The only other character in the arena shop worth considering going for is Monika, but her main use is done much better by Summer Saren, who I'm pretty sure you mentioned getting when she was first released. Hiyori is currently not meta, but she'll get a boost with 6 star, and she's still OKish if you don't have better.
