During noms..i realized. I think that Kirby Air Ride - City Trial ~ City is the single piece of music i have heard for the longest amount of time added up in my entire LIFE. Kirby Air Ride is definitely the video game i have spent the most hours out of my life playing besides possibly [some other games that ill be hearing a wider variety of different songs during]. But with kirby air ride, i was always doing city trial. If you add that up...i dont think any other piece of music compares to how much ive heard it. Thats pretty astounding to me, and you know WHAT; i never got bored of it, and in fact appreciate it significantly more now than i did when i first played this game because it has cool things like andos cool chords (That synth pad at 3:18 is such a MOMENT) and sounds like ace combat zero (i like ace combat music (and kirby music)). If thats not a signal of this track having staying power beyond just nostalgia for me i dunno what is. I definitely cant say the same thing about a lot of other songs ive heard thousands of times from games i liked
I like vaporwave.hey rwlh, did you know that oneohtrix point never is actually sometimes credited as being the inventor of vaporwave? Snes limits really lend themselves well to this style, i used to not feel this way but casio mario world really got me to appreciate snes spc700 as a soundchip in a way i hadnt prior to listening
Garden of delete. I love idm. Honestly this is one of the most unhinged vgm tracks i can think of, it makes drakengard1 look sane

Kaze no notam music is always so cool. Ive been in an even more 90s-synths mood within 2022 than usual for myself; so this is especially pertinent to my current fixations. Oh man this is so close to doing the cumshot melody at some parts in it
I had to relisten to this match a bunch of times; i am disappointed im not able to vote for kaze no notam (but i originally typed im disappointed i cant vote for this amazing mili song so..). One of the most painful r1 matches for me. Both are pretty amazing tracks. I was originally more decisive (in favor of kaze no notam), but after listening a ton, im confident in this vote, even if i hate having to make it. Huh i juust realized the glitchy voices going like nu nu n un n n nnnnnn sound like some of the extremely crazy evergrace2 songs like The Twin Goddesses
