Gorsuch, Baret, and Kavanaugh are the likely deciders. Based on their previous decisions, Gorsuch would likely vote in favor of gay marriage with Kavanaught and Barrett* voting against. So it would likely come to a 5-4 ruling against gay marriage. However for that to happen a case would need to make its way to the supreme court, which seems kind of unlikely.
