A frequent criticism of the movie has been that it doesn't do enough with the multiverse concept. I understand that but didn't really feel that way when I was actually watching the film. I suspect more will come eventually and that this movie was meant as an introduction. Let's be honest: No Way Home only really used the multiverse for the sake of fanservice. This movie at least used it for the more fulfilling purpose of cosmic horror. I get the feeling John Carpenter would be proud.

Oh maybe Leon took issue with me bringing up other films for comparison. Might be getting too many ideas from TV Tropes. Or maybe it was me bringing up The Flash again. I still find the DCEU troubles fascinating to watch though and felt like elaborating on that so I didn't seem like I found Ezra Miller's actions "glorious" somehow!
