I'm going to reiterate my view here that every single person involved in any of this or even knew about any of it needs to be facing the maximum penalty allowed by law. We are here now because no one ever goes does for this kind of shit. No one in the confederacy faced charges. No one involved in the business plot faced charges. Nixon and Kissinger were allowed to commit treason by derailing the Vietnamese peace talks, Reagan was allowed to commit treason during Iran/Contra. Cheney was allowed to out a NOC CIA agent because he was mad at her husband for calling out his lies in the leadup to the Iraq invasion.

If these people are not held accountable they will try it again and they will succeed and then we will all be fucked because the only way forward from that is violence.
