IDK what color that sniper unit is but if you are fighting it with characters of a weak element you automatically only have a 50% chance to hit (deflect) and if they deflect you have a 0% trigger for anything extra the attack would do, such as debuffs. I beat my head against that girl using Ginga, Roko, Alice, Morris IIRC.
