Pro-lifers seem bizarre to me. Like, theyve convinced themselves that they view a fetus as a person and therefore abortion as murder but they dont act that way at all.

If I knew that hundreds of thousands of babies were being legally murdered every day, Id be up-in-arms, but all I see is pro-lifers acting civilly toward pro-choicers and most even agree to make exceptions in cases like rape and incest (is the life of a baby less important than the feelings of their mother, but not the autonomy of their mother?).

Dont get me wrong, Im glad they do act civilly. Im pro-choice and, in general, I dont want to see anyone get hurt or any buildings burned down. Its just that thats what Id expect to see a lot more of if pro-lifers really had the convictions they say they do. Its like theyve convinced themselves they view a fetus as a person because theyre on that team but when push comes to shove its mostly lip-service.
