The recommended safe cooking temperature for all poultry products is 165F (74C), though theoretically it should be safe if you can hold it at 145F (63C) for at least 8.5 minutes. You'll have juicier meat if you cook to a lower temperature, at 165 the breast meat will be pretty dry.
