So, the guy that ban evades, that has openly stated he is "anti-gay", has said LGBT+ people should die, spread COVID misinformation, spread misinformation about voter fraud, abused false copyright strikes, doxed another Youtuber and his family, encouraged his viewers to dox said Youtuber, and more things that I can't even recall off the top of my head, all of which are blatantly against Youtube's ToS, has absolutely nothing done to him and is found innocent.

That description fits so many Youtubers. All of it.

If you know the right people or pull in enough money for youtube, you can get away with anything. Everyone else has to walk on eggshells at all times.
