It's not though. That's literally the most important part. What option does he have if he gets no matches? If they say no to a date? If one can successfully get dates it becomes a numbers game. If one can't get a date, or only gets a couple matches that don't pan out, what good is that?

Men have it harder on that part, women have it easier on that part. I'm sure it does suck a lot of the time, I'm sure lots do hate that part, but it's still undeniably easier for them to set something in motion.

What you're saying is a useless bar is literally the start of it all. It determines if you have any chance, or none. It's not an equal measuring bar between men and women. If a woman sets up an online dating account, she will get offers for dates.
