I was kinda confused though at how that fight's moral was supposed be relevant to the episode, I don't think it really mirrored anything...
I think the point here was that Vader's obsessive need to prove himself superior to Obi-Wan allowed him to get fooled by their sleight of hand with the ship and escape. Vader can't see beyond wanting to best Obi-Wan, and Obi-Wan used that to his advantage. He even said as much to Reva. "All he'll see is me."
It was good to get to see Hayden Christiansen again, as well as getting to see Vader flex his Dark Side muscles here.
