It's just that they said the game wouldn't be censored and then used the uncensored versions in their promotional materials. They could have just used the changed versions for promo and nothing would have been said. Not as big a deal as a lot of games, but still misleading. I wouldn't have even mentioned it if the other stuff wasn't happening.
