Although, we do have quite a few major research universities such MIT, Northwestern, Harvard, ect that give the whole thing an air of credibility. Although, if you talk to any of the foreigners going to the US universities, they are mostly there because they couldn't get in the schools at home because thier scores weren't good enough.
