People make a big deal out of sex and I don't get it.

I think the main point of no fap is abstaining from both porn and masturbation, mostly because dudes believe they're overstimulated by both and they CAN'T just have sex because normal sex isn't sexy anymore, thus causing things like erectile dysfunction. It's kind of like a dopamine reset because their brains get addicted to some of the wild shit in porn, and "normal" stuff doesn't do it anymore for them. They could touch without it but, it's an addiction, their brains are wired to want porn, it's not so simple.

I ain't no scientist, maybe it works, but I think masturbation is healthy and an adjustment to "normal" porn would be better, than totally abstaining.
