Youtube is run by systems, not morons. They've gone as far as to prevent reasonable fixes in order to automate the system as much as humanly possible. They probably have the money to run more human hands to deal with this, but they're not finding it worth the cost obviously.

They don't care if a few takes a hit no matter how reasonable their situation is. But it's hard to call them too much of morons because they probably saved a heapton on not running nearly as much maintenance staff
